The designs are deliberately provocative and this shop is for adults only. The door at the entrance is not decoration — confirming your age is a condition of using the site and of buying anything on it.

Everything is printed to order

Nothing is made until you buy it. That has two consequences, and both are on every product page:

• The print may sit a few millimetres from where it does in the photograph. Colours can also read slightly differently on your screen than they do on fabric.
• All sales are final. There are no returns or exchanges, because your garment did not exist until you ordered it and cannot be sold to anyone else.

If we got it wrong

All sales final is about changing your mind. It is not a licence for us to send you the wrong thing.

If your parcel arrives damaged, is not what you ordered, or is not the size on the order, message @nosaints.in within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photograph, and we will replace it or refund it in full.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian rupees and are what you pay — there is nothing added at the end except delivery, which is shown before you pay.

Delivery is free on orders over ₹1,499, and ₹79 otherwise.

An order is confirmed when the payment is captured, not when it is submitted. If a payment fails, nothing is charged and the stock we were holding goes back on sale.

Delivery

Most orders arrive within 7 days of ordering; some take up to 10. That is from the day you order, and it includes the time it takes to print.

Once a parcel is with the courier, its timing is theirs and not ours — we will chase it with you if it goes astray.

Every order ships in plain packaging. Nothing on the outside says what is inside.

When we cancel an order

Rarely, and only for a real reason: the item is genuinely out of stock, a price was listed wrong, or an order looks fraudulent. If we cancel, you get every rupee back, and we tell you why.

The designs

The artwork is ours, or licensed to us. Buying a garment buys you the garment — not the right to reprint the design, sell it, or use it as your own.

Some designs are parody or commentary. They are jokes about brands and about people, not endorsements by them, and no association with anyone named or alluded to is claimed or implied.

Street Proof

While the campaign is open: post three public Instagram videos wearing NO SAINTS, each in a different place, then submit the three links from your account.

• The posts must be public. If we cannot watch it, we cannot verify it.
• A video counts once, for one person, ever. Three different locations means three — naming the same one twice is refused.
• Every entry is checked by a person, not a machine, and every entry that passes wins a tee.
• We can close the campaign at any time. Entries already submitted are still reviewed.
• Submitting a link is your confirmation that the video is yours to submit and that we may link to it.

Your account

Your phone number is your account, so keep your phone to yourself. Anything done from a signed-in session is treated as done by you.

We can suspend an account that is being used to abuse the shop, the campaign, or anyone else.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Changes

These terms can change. The date at the top says when they last did, and the version in force for your order is the one published when you placed it.
